Students who wish to be exempted from the courses they have studied at any higher education institution may be exempted from these courses with the decision of the relevant administrative board, if they apply within the first two weeks of the semester they are registered. The relevant administrative board decides which semester the student will be adjusted to, taking into account the courses that the student is exempt from. Units can determine exemption and adjustment procedures and principles. (Erciyes University Associate Degree Undergraduate Education Regulation Article 14-6) Students apply to the student affairs center with their transcript. Afterwards, he chooses the courses from Öbisis and submits the course contents (approved) to the departmental adjustment commission. After the approval of the departmental adjustment commission, the adjustment process is realized.

An announcement is made in the newspaper stating that the student ID has been lost. Newspaper clippings and petition containing the missing notice are delivered to the general documents unit located on the ground floor of the Rectorate building. The IDs printed by our university are delivered to the students.

There are two types of horizontal transfer possibilities. 1- According to the General Academic Average 2- According to the Central Placement Score. Requirements for lateral transfer are announced on our website in January and July each year. Note: In the letter of the Council of Higher Education dated 12.01.2015 and numbered 1355, it was stated that the issue of admitting students with lateral transfer according to the central placement score (additional item 1) in the spring semester should be decided by the university administrative boards. In the spring semester, students are not accepted to our University with a central placement score. Central placement score and lateral transfer applications are in August and applications are received until the 15th of August every year.

(1) The rights of students who cannot fulfill one of the conditions of registration renewal, course attendance and taking exams for a justified and valid reason specified by the Higher Education Council are reserved and the period they lose is not counted as the maximum education period in the Law No. 2547. Students' registrations can be frozen up to a maximum of one year with the decision of the relevant administrative board, if there are important and justifiable reasons to document, and this period is added to the maximum education period. Registration freeze applications must be made within one month from the beginning of the semester. (2) Students participating in scientific, social, cultural and sportive activities and competitions for the purpose of representing Turkey or the University are deemed to be on leave from classes and midterm exams by the administrative board, and these periods are not considered as absenteeism. (3) In case of opportunities such as domestic/abroad education, internship, research, knowledge-experience increase, with or without scholarship, that will contribute to the students' education and training; With the decision of the relevant board of directors, leave may be granted for a maximum of one year at a time. However, this leave period is included in the maximum period of study and applications in this regard must be made before the end of the registration renewal period. Students who want to benefit from these rights have to pay the tuition fee and renew their registration each time. Educational gains to be obtained by students who benefit from these opportunities are evaluated within the framework of the provisions of the relevant legislation. (4) Students whose absence during the entire education period exceeds two years due to neurological and psychiatric disorders continue their education from where they left off if they bring a new health report and the duration of the report is not counted from the maximum education period.
